Help meeeee!

It's a damn sinful day!
I ate:
- During recess
- Fried mee tai mak
- Ikea meatballs and salmon, plus 1 chicken wing
- Few spoons of tom yum soup
- Double scoop of Swensen ice cream
Damn it man, i'm gonna gain back all the weight i loss. ):
I need to lose weighttttttttt.
But i dont know how to! ): ): ):

Anyway, shopping with family today.
Mummy, sis, grandparents, cousin.
Ikea then vivo.
Bought shorts & a zebra print bag from F21!
Shorts was on sale! & damn nice!
I loveeeee my bag. :D
A 'reward' from my daddy for my 'good' results. Haha!
